From Siem Reap you can get daily buses or vans. The transfer is around 6 houres with breaks.

Taking the early morning bus to Phnom Penh and arriving after 6 hours just in time to drop my stuff at the hotel and make it to the pre- Christmas open mat at 2pm.
A dozen people showed up to get some rolls in before Christmas. I had a lot of good rounds rolling with the guys at Kiri Jiu-Jitsu they have a solid level of BJJ here in Phom Penh. So I had to came back at the 25th for some more rolls.
Kiri Jiu-Jitsu offers you BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing, Judo, Wrestling and kid’s classes form Monday to Saturday.
Pass by if you are in Phnom Penh!
