BJJ
PFC is the only Martial Arts gym on the island. They are focused on Kickboxing.
I had to pleasure to roll with Kiet and his brother.
They have a good level for teaching themselves BJJ and only went a few times to Ho Chi Minh to train.
After the training I met the whole team because everybody came in to eat lunch together.
Pass by if you are in Phu Quoc and help them developing their game!
