Flying in over from Koh Samui was the easiest way.
BJJ
2022 one of the biggest projects I ever saw opened in Phuket Bang Tao Muay Thai and MMA.
The huge gym is in the north of Phuket and offers every Martial Artist all day training. You can join in Strength & Conditioning classes, Boxing, Kick-Boxing, Muay Thai, Yoga, BJJ Gi, Grappling, Wrestling and Mobility classes. There is something for everyone on the schedule doesn`t matter if you are a beginner or pro.
They also offer accommodation and ice bath in the gym. You can book your training together with a bungalow.
Bang Tao is also used by many UFC fighters to prepare for their fights.
I went to Phuket Grappling Academy on a Saturday for the open mat.
There were around 100 people showing up to get some rolls in.
Also a UFC fighter joined in to roll.
Phuket Grappling offers daily classes in everything a grappler needs.
