Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
BJJ LAB
Welcome to the Lab where you can improve your BJJ daily. Since 2013 this Caio Terra affiliation is known for their technical Jiu. Jitsu. A wide schedule allows to train in the morning, at lunch time and in the evening. The classes are splinted in 3 level (basic, fundamentals and intermediate). As a member you also have access to their own video liberty to recap the techniques. Based on the second floor in a business building you will find a 200 square meter mat area and an additional strength area.
Carlson Gracie Zürich
Since 2012 Carlson Gracie Zürich is based in Wallisellen a few minutes away from the City center. The gym is directed by Felipe Silva (Broa) a 3th Dan Black Belt from Recife. A wide daily schedule is offered for all skill level in Gi and NoGi.
Ruckus
Since 2011 better known as the Violence Club this Cyborg affiliation is based in Schlieren just a few minutes away from the City center. During the week you will find morning and evening classes, the half of the classes are porrada (sparring) with the big final on Sundays where they have an open mat where everybody can pass by for an 8x8min porrada. Probably the BJJ Club with the most Black Belts and heaviest people in Zürich.
Stark Jiu Jitsu
Stark Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu gym in Zurich Enge, it is an affiliation of Stark Jiu Jitsu Stockholm. Since 2023 they offer daily BJJ classes. The head coach Severin, a black belt under Ciao Terra and a 4x IBJJF European Championship medalist runs the gym with his assistant instructors. Sevi is also known as a frequent BJJ traveler.
